The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
Otis Johnson, 22, of 302 W. Gladys, Apt. A, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
Frankie Dewayne Mullins, 59, no address given, was arrested Tuesday at 500 Aquamsi on suspicion of possession of an open container of intoxicated beverage.
Megan Elysia Hengst, 22, of 310 Wigwam Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court.
Jeremy Terrell Guyton, 18, of 26 County Highway 524, Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, improper registration, no license and no proof of insurance.
Summons
Deloise Kay Jackson, 22, of 220 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of littering in a public place.
Assault
Assault was reported Wednesday at 1115 Jefferson. Tony Lamark Harris, 18, of 401 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, and Jessica Renee Ruffin, 17, of 1005 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, were arrested on suspicion of connection with the complaint.
Theft
A bicycle was reported stolen Tuesday at 112 S. Henderson.
Clothing was reported stolen Tuesday at One Price Clothing, 152 West Park Mall. A 15-year-old male was cited to juvenile court on suspicion of connection with the complaint.
A bicycle was reported stolen Tuesday at 1610 Themis.
Cash was reported stolen Tuesday from South Ellis and William.
Cigarettes were reported stolen Wednesday from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway. Two suspects were placed in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of stealing and possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture in connection with the complaint.
A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday at 108 S. Hanover.
Property damage
A mailbox was reported damaged Wednesday at 2759 Gordonville Road.
A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 341 S. Frederick.
A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 1101 William.
A door was reported damaged Tuesday at 112 S. Henderson.
Miscellaneous
An ex parte violation was reported Tuesday.
A 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old male were cited to juvenile court Wednesday on suspicion of curfew violations.
A 16-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Wednesday on suspicion of a curfew violation.
A 15-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Wednesday on suspicion of a curfew violation.
Property was reported found Wednesday at 410 Kiwanis Drive.
