Ronald A. Scheper Jr., 39, of 5208 Alabama, St. Louis, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, assault of a law enforcement officer and failure to signal.
Derick J. Tripp, 24, of 636 Saint Matthews Road, Swansea, S.C., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.Arrests
Kemara L. Conway, 26, of 337 Margurite, St. Louis, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing.
Tiffany S. Rodgers, 21, of 6065 Thekla, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing, receiving stolen property, felony fleeing and possession of a controlled substance.
Ebony M. Davis, 19, of 2122 Lexa, St. Louis, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing, tampering and possession of a controlled substance.
Anthony R. Bell, 19, of 509 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of assault, property damage and resisting arrest.
Arthur A. Smith, 17, of 322 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of assault, property damage and resisting arrest.
James D. Hastings, 50, of 607 Locust, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Wesley J. Hall, 39, of 1451 Rand, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Umesh Malhotra, 22, of 5 Village Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Kendra A. Steel-Girod, 39, of 209 S. Louisiana, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Margie L. Armer, 35, of 315 S. Lorimier, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Heather J. Weiler, 22, of 805 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery and a Scott County warrant for forgery.
Thefts Schnuck's reported cigarettes stolen Sunday at 19 S. Kingshighway. Christina L. Henderson, 18, of 308 W. Lorimier, Apt. 204, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
A vehicle headlight assembly was reported stolen Sunday by Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 2008 N. Kingshighway.
Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday by Rhodes at 1610 N. Kingshighway.
A blue 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier bearing temporary Missouri license number 683-50P was reported stolen Sunday at 909 Hackberry.
A stereo was reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Sunday at 719 William.
CDs, DVDs, a CD holder and organizer were reported stolen Sunday at 11 S. Kingshighway.
Cash, a video camera and a cell phone charger were reported stolen Sunday at 511 Bellevue.
Two CD players, cash and an EBT card were reported stolen Monday at 921 Hackberry.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 1427 William.

Arrests Kevin Thomas Jr., 17, of 1413 Parkmor, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for tampering.
Derrick R. Williams, 22, of 41 E. Rodney, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for tampering and resisting a lawful stop.
