Arrests

* Anthony Q. Carter, 39, of 1033 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Andrew C. Archie, 39, of 22 N. Park St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for failure to appear on driving while suspended.

* Gerald L. Ivy, 22, of 1030 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Jefferson City, Mo., warrant for parole violation.

* Alejandro Flores, 20, of 320 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Lilgreg E. Jackson, 19, of an unknown address, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempts of court for failure to pay fines for trespassing and failure to pay fines for false declaration.

* Daniel L. Roy, 27, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for revoked operator's license, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported at 615 Sycamore Circle. Arthur A. Brown, 43, of 615 Sycamore Circle, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* Money and personal papers were reported stolen at 555 N. Spring Ave.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of money were reported at 1226 Ranney Ave.

Property damage

* A black mailbox was reported damaged at 1543 W. Cape Rock Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of imitation controlled substance with intent, walking in the street and curfew violation.

* Animal neglect was reported. Tina M. Hanebrink, 46, of 545 S. Hanover St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Jeremy B. Pearson, 26, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft, driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, leaving the scene of an accident and resisting arrest.

Summons

* Billy R. Chambers, 27, of 425 East Lane, received a summons for possession of marijuana.

Thefts

* Prescription medication was reported stolen in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Identity theft was reported in the 400 block of Greensferry Road.

* An Xbox was reported stolen in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

* Jewelry was reported stolen in the 3300 block of Bainbridge Street.

Miscellaneous

* An affray was reported in the 500 block of West Washington Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 200 block of East Main Street.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the Southeast Department of Public Safety.

Theft

* A color television was reported stolen in Myers Hall.
