Arrests

* Kevin Eugene Hunt, 37, 1136 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for littering and careless and imprudent driving.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while revoked and operating an unlicensed vehicle.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

* Brenda J. Mitchell, 44, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 204, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Byron J. Carter, 26, 11 E. Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Andrew C. Archie, 38, 22 N. Park St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Tiffany M. Wilson, 19, 2829 Themis St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of stealing gasoline at Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

Summonses

* Elizabeth Alberson, 2530 Jonquil Lane, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Jessica Langley, 23, 1005 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

* Burglary, assault and stealing were reported.

Theft

* A driver's side car window was reported damaged and a Pioneer CD player and 100 CDs stolen at 221 William St., Apt. 2.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Citgo D-Mart, 263 Farrar Drive.

* Money was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Seven $100 bills were reported stolen at 1115 S. Sprigg St.

* Checks were reported stolen.

* Currency was reported stolen at 202 Siemers Drive.

* A vehicle's passenger side was reported damaged in the 1100 block of William Street.

* A vehicle's driver side windows were reported damaged at 1317 Bloomfield St.

* A privacy fence was reported damaged at 1332 Bertling St.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 600 block of South Ellis Street.

* Check forgery was reported at 2427 Cape Center Drive.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items Thursday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Derek Friese, 24, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine precursors, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

* Daniel Ward, 23, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine precursors, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

* A 16-year-old boy was arrested on a juvenile warrant for assault.

Summonses

* James M. Crowell, 18, 73 Green Acres Drive, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Tara Dewrock, 32, of Jackson, was issued a summons for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle.

* Matthew A. Coffey, 19, of Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Property damage

* Vandalism was reported in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive.

Miscellaneous

* An ex parte violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* An ex parte violation was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.

* Illegal dumping was reported in the 2800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Forgery was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 400 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 700 block of Brown Street.
