* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of fuel.
* A debit card was reported stolen at 115 N. Fountain St.
Property damage
* A glass door was reported broken at 520 Minnesota Ave.
* Tires were reported damaged at 603 N. Middle St.
Miscellaneous
* Child abuse was reported.
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
* Shoe Carnival, 276 Siemers Drive, reported a forger.
* Two incidents of unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
Jackson

* Kelly M. Seabaugh, 27, of 1845 County Road 553, was arrested on suspicion of inhalant of solvent fumes.
