The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Tuesday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Richard Lamar Jenkins, 19, 224 N. Park St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and assault.

* A subject was in custody facing filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

* Joseph Bisogno, 35, 2812 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

* Edwina Celeste Bible, 44, 1211 College St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear and a Scott County warrant for probation violation.

* Douglas Stephen Carlton, 20, 230 N. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving with a revoked license, no proof of insurance and driving while intoxicated.

* Jamie Robert Goehman, 30, of Whitewater, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for parole violation and resisting arrest.

* Scott A. Steger, 23, 2764 Lynwood Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Roy L. Jones, 27, 1505 Stoddard St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and no proof of insurance.

Summonses

* Misty Joy Batterton, 21, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 306, was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Scott J. Raines, of Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Theft

* A Kyocera cell phone was reported stolen.

* A purse was reported stolen at 925 N. West End Blvd.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Jasper's, 1008 N. Kingshighway.

* Cash was reported stolen at 719 William St.

Property damage

* A garden hose was reported damaged at 519 Second St.

* A car port door jam was reported damaged at 2469 Masters Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported at Dollar General, 724 Broadway.

* Harassment was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 402 S. Kingshighway.

* Arson was reported.

* Two fireworks violations were reported.
