The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Racheal S. Kitchen, 24, of 601 Ruth, Scott City, was arrested Wednesday for failure to appear.
Brian L. Carter, 27, of 4912 Charmridge, Apt. 11, Jefferson City, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Alan M. Childress, 33, of 901 S. Anthony, Kennett, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear.
Summons Jacob B. Knepp, 17, of 913 Pheasant Cove, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for a fireworks violation.
Assault A 14-year-old girl was cited to juvenile court Wednesday on suspicion of assault.
Thefts Prescription medication was reported stolen Wednesday from 124 N. Lorimier.
Cash, a radio and CD player and an ice chest were reported stolen Thursday at 16 N. Ellis.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Thursday at Wisteria and Boxwood.
Miscellaneous Forgery was reported Wednesday by Dexter Bar-B-Que at 236 S. Broadview.

A fireworks violation was reported Wednesday by the city pool.
Harassment was reported Wednesday at the city pool.
A burglary was reported Wednesday in the 200 block of West Mary.
