The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Dustin L. Kollars, 20, of 503 Country Club, Scott City, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Joseph D. Gray, 21, of 923 Good Hope, Cape Girardeau was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while revoked.
Corey Martin, 24, of 110 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of creating a peace disturbance and trespassing.
Summons Mary L. Anderson, 29, of 817 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for failure to maintain property free of weeds and litter.
Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Cash Only at 2012 William.
A video camera, cash, a wallet and its contents were reported stolen Monday at Honker's Boat Dock.
Attempted stealing was reported Tuesday at 524 Louis.
A wallet was reported stolen and a vehicle top damaged Tuesday at 7 N. Benton.
Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Cash Only at 2012 William.
Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Ameri-Mart at 1320 W. Cape Rock.
Burglaries A burglary was reported Tuesday at 1017 Themis. A window was damaged.
A burglary was reported Tuesday at 1140 N. Frederick. A ceramic coin bank, cash and beer were taken.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 1100 N. Spanish.
Miscellaneous Tampering was reported Monday at 1601 Independence.

A fireworks violation was reported Monday in the 700 block of Highland Drive.
A burglary was reported Monday in the 500 block of North Ohio.
