The following items have been released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Dillon L. Riggin, 17, 110 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of burglary and stealing.
Eric N. MacKinnon, 38, 420 S. Ellis St., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing and attempted stealing.
Larry D. Best Sr., 41, 105 S. Spanish St., No. 202, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of third-degree assault, second-degree domestic assault and property damage.
Dwayne A. Hill Jr., 30, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 405, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing.
Neziah N. Wyatt, 26, 2835 Whitener St., Apt. 2, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of property damage and resisting arrest.
Kenneth T. Campbell Jr., 17, 715 Ranney St., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of resisting arrest.
Timothy James Heuring, 43, 613 Sycamore Circle, Apt. B, was arrested Monday on a Scott County warrant for stealing.
Property Damage A window was reported broken Sunday and a television taken at 1205 Jefferson St.
A vehicle window was reported broken Sunday at 3034 Themis St.
A yard was reported damaged Sunday at 809 Ranney St.
A no parking sign was reported damaged at 20 Pind Wood Lane.
Thefts A Honda scooter was reported stolen Sunday at 345 N. Park St.
A CD player, money and pool cue were reported stolen Monday at 418 Sheridan Drive.
A tractor, mower and trailer were reported stolen Monday at 835 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous Cited into juvenile court Sunday for being runaways were two female juveniles age 14 and 15, and three 13-year-old female juveniles.
A bicycle was found Sunday at 508 Cape Meadows Circle.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
Roger Ewing, 42, 914 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving under revocation, on two warrants for probation violation, a Cape Girardeau warrant and for probation violation on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
Summonses Stefanie Cobb, 21, 119 S. Farmington Road, Apt. 4, Jackson, was issued a summons Friday for failure to stop at stop sign.
Matthew Nenniger, 25, 1686 Donna Lynn Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons Friday for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Andrew O'Kelly, 19, 416 East Lane, Apt., 1, Jackson, was issued summonses Sunday for various traffic offenses.
