DWIs

* Floyd G. Wiseman, 42, of 627 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no operators license, no seat belt and no parking light.

* Gregory E. Criddle, 22, of 1806 Williams St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to stop at a flashing red light and no valid insurance.

Arrests

* Brad A. Crockett, 42, of 1205 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrants for failures to appear for mechanical signals, stop sign, improper registration and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Serle L. Thomas, 34, of 1520 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for larceny and on an Alexander County warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Robert D. Rodriguez, 30, of 223 Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Emily R. Douglas, 18, of 2857 Themis St., was arrested on a Randolph County warrant for property damage, and on suspicion of no brake lights and no operator's license.

Summons

* Timothy D. Wilson, 34, of Cairo, Ill., received a summons for prohibited acts.

Assaults

* An assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported. A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection to the complaint.

* An assault and resisting arrest were reported. A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* A radio was reported stolen on Village Drive.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a tire fly. A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported the theft of cash.

Burglaries

* A burglary and rape were reported.

* A burglary and theft of an Xbox, DVD player and cell phone were reported at 1524 Good Hope St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 3060 William St.

* A forgery was reported at 725 S. Ellis St.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Assaults

* An assault was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Vandalism was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Lee Avenue.

Miscellaneous

* An ex parte violation was reported in the 500 block of Michael Anna Street.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 2400 block of Alpine Drive.
