* Lance M. Dohogne, 23, of Kelso, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.

Arrests

* Dennis W. Harkins, 57, of Ware, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Charles E. DePauw, 23, of 403 Fort St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for harassing phone calls.

* Robert L. Woods, 34, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, speeding and no seat belt.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A vehicle was reported stolen at 612 S. Sprigg St.

* A ladder was reported stolen at 1250 Normal Ave.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall, reported the theft of clothing. One person was in custody in connection to the complaint.

* J.C. Penney, 100 West Park Mall, reported the theft of clothing. Two girls, ages 10 and 15, were cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 13 S. Henderson Ave.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 921 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

* Two people were in custody for drug trafficking and possession of marijuana.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported. One person was in custody in connection with the complaint.

* Animal abuse was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 449 S. Kingshighway.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 3439 William St.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 920 S. Kingshighway.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 1610 N. Kingshighway.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 215 S. Kingshighway.

* Child molestation and statutory rape were reported.

* Cape Video, 510 Broadway, reported the failure to return rental property.
