Melanie E. Powers, 39, of 231 Weiss Blvd., Apt. 17, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Kimberly J. Barron, 43, of 2816 Themis, Apt. C, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summons James H. Kelpe, 59, of 2816 County Road 645, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for having an animal at large.

Thefts

A cell phone was reported stolen Wednesday at North Frederick.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

Liquor was reported stolen Wednesday by Winks at 2021 Perryville.

A concrete ashtray container was reported stolen Thursday by Ford & Sons Funeral Home at 118 S. Sprigg.

Missouri license plates bearing 805-PZA were reported stolen Thursday at 402 S. Kingshighway.

Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
