Arrests Jennifer L. Grace, 26, 1214 Meadowbrook Drive, was arrested Wednesday on two Scott County warrants for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and failure to abate.

Candace A. Morgan, 27, 3869 Highway 51, Mounds, Ill., was arrested Wednesday at J.C. Penney following a complaint there of theft.

Summons Mary Lorine White, 29, 1716 Big Bend Road, was issued a summons Wednesday for animal neglect.

Thefts A television was reported stolen Wednesday from Stereo One, 345 S. Kingshighway.

A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday at 108 S. Hanover St.

Solar lights were reported stolen Wednesday at 205 Barberry St.

Copper tubing and a shower head were reported stolen Thursday and a door reported damaged at 225 N. Sprigg St.

Property Damage A vehicle windshield was reported damaged Wednesday at 45 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous A gray 1982 Ford Granada, Missouri license 495 TCR, was reported abandoned Wednesday in the 400 block of South Hanover Street.

A 14-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court Wednesday for tampering with a motor vehicle.

An 11-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

A check was reported forged Wednesday at 230 N. Middle St.

Two checks were reported forged Wednesday at U Kwick Stop, 1700 Broadway.

Jackson

The following item was released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons Jamie Goodpasture, 18, 1666 Orchard Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons Wednesday for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Cape Girardeau County Sheriff

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Darryl R. Myers, 47, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested June 4 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Justin D. Statler, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested June 9 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated, unlawful use of a weapon and making an improper left turn.

Arrests Cleatus L. Marney, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant from Fulton County, Ky., for failure to register as a sex offender.

David L. Ligons, 48, of Oak ridge, was arrested Monday on a warrant from Cape Girardeau County for property damage.

Keith Wells, 40, of Gordonville, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second degree domestic assault.

Summons Diana O'Kelly, 53, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons Monday for possession of drug paraphernalia.
