Arrests Michael J. Edmundson, 29, 419 W. Elvins, Park Hills, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on two city warrants for contempt of court for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Dustin L. Kollars, 21, 152 Red Oak Landing, Williamsburg, Va., was arrested Wednesday on a city warrant for contempt of court for stealing.
Charles E. Johnson, 59, 222 W. Lewis, Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing from Orscheln Farm & Home, 338 Christine.
Jennifer I. Edmundson, 31, 1738 Westridge, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing from Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
Traci S. Mitchell, 24, 615 Lafayette Place, was arrested Wednesday on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
John Alton Lance Jr., 31, 126 Ruben, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving under revocation.
Afraica Renee Sager, 25, Charleston, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Scott County warrant for bad checks.
Thefts A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday from 1701 Lacey.
Checks were reported stolen Wednesday from Midwest OB/GYN, 3065 William.
A Missouri license plate, 057 WPA, was reported stolen Wednesday from 820 N. Sprigg.
Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday from Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway.

Judith A. Lancaster, 39, Farmington, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
