Fred L. Harris, 51, 330 Estate Drive, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of first-degree tampering.
William M. Brandt, 59, 8137 Westmoreland, St. Louis, was arrested Sunday on a Madison County warrant for aggravated stalking.
Summons Elliott Samuel Walshon, 19, 101 Albert, was issued a summons for stealing.

Liquor was reported stolen Sunday from 40 N. Sprigg.
Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg.
A radio, tools and toolbox, portable refrigerator, chain and load locks were reported stolen Sunday from 2094 Southern Expressway after a vehicle window was broken.
Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous A bad check was reported passed Monday at Edgewater Glass Co., 324 S. Plaza Way.

DWI Helen Lee, 54, of 914 Old Cape, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Arrest Kenneth B. Watwood, 42, 2092 Old Toll Road, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant Saturday for resisting arrest and third-degree assault of a police officer.
Summonses Ruth McIntyre, 46, 517 N. Farmington Road, Jackson, was issued a summons Friday for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Kenneth A. Pair, 41, 957 Independence St., was issued a summons Friday for possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.
William C. Stone III, 17, 144 Hogan Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons Friday for careless and imprudent driving.
