Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Stephen L. Ashe, 50, 12165 Ollis Lane, Marion, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests Danielle Antoinette Swader, 18, 245 N. Park, was arrested Monday on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Phu Ngoc An, 22, 4507 Tholozan, St. Louis, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of forgery.

William C. Montgomery, 19, 741 Wedge, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Daniel P. Gause, no age given, 957 W. Independence, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of various traffic offenses.

Fred L. Harris, 51, 330 Estate Drive, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of first-degree tampering.

William M. Brandt, 59, 8137 Westmoreland, St. Louis, was arrested Sunday on a Madison County warrant for aggravated stalking.

Summons Elliott Samuel Walshon, 19, 101 Albert, was issued a summons for stealing.

Thefts Money was reported stolen Monday at 934 William.

A refrigerator was reported stolen Monday from 1927 N. Kingshighway.

Liquor was reported stolen Sunday from 40 N. Sprigg.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg.

A radio, tools and toolbox, portable refrigerator, chain and load locks were reported stolen Sunday from 2094 Southern Expressway after a vehicle window was broken.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous A bad check was reported passed Monday at Edgewater Glass Co., 324 S. Plaza Way.

A bad check was reported passed Monday at Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway.

A 1984 blue Chevrolet truck was reported tampered with at 2001 Independence.

The Mix, 880 N. Kingshighway, reported receiving counterfeit $10 bills.

A 16-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court Sunday for being beyond parental control.

A purse and its contents were reported found Sunday at 3303 Campster.

A bicycle was reported found Sunday at 122 S. Hanover.

Stealing A camera and computer power cord were reported stolen Sunday from Towers North.

DWI Helen Lee, 54, of 914 Old Cape, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Arrest Kenneth B. Watwood, 42, 2092 Old Toll Road, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant Saturday for resisting arrest and third-degree assault of a police officer.

Summonses Ruth McIntyre, 46, 517 N. Farmington Road, Jackson, was issued a summons Friday for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Kenneth A. Pair, 41, 957 Independence St., was issued a summons Friday for possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

William C. Stone III, 17, 144 Hogan Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons Friday for careless and imprudent driving.

Helen Lee, 54, 914 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was issued summonses Saturday for driving while intoxicated and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Ryan M. McCormack, 18, 406 Broadridge, Jackson, was issued a summons Sunday for careless and imprudent driving.

Nabor C. Vertiz, 19, 2608 E. Malone, Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons Sunday for driving while intoxicated.

Telephone harassment was reported Saturday at the 100 block of West Mary.
