The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Robert L. Blackman, 51, unknown address, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Freddy M. Wren, 55, of 421 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Carl H. Wilson, 38, of 1010 S. Ellis, Cape Giarardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of drug trafficking.

Felicia Smith, 38, of 1003 Locust, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine.

Willie J. Pollard, 44, of 212 S. Lorimier, Apt. 5, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Amanda M. Sparks, 18, of 212 S. Lorimier, Apt. 5, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Vernon County warrant for failure to appear.

Joshua D. Hengst, 23, of 1007 County Road 625, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Christopher S. Beak, 24, of 631 16th St., Canyon, Texas, was arrested Monday on a Gray County, Texas, warrant for burglary.

Summonses Jennifer A. Goza, 24, of 1409 Brookshire, Apt. 6, Cape Girardeau, recieved a summons Sunday for animal abuse.

Ashley R. Clark, 24, of 1900 Yale, Scott City, Mo., received a summons Sunday for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts A bicycle was reported stolen Sunday at 124 N. Henderson.

Gasoline was reported Sunday by Don's Store at 341 S. Sprigg.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday at Citgo D-Mart at 263 Farrar Drive.

Burglary A burglary was reported Monday by Willie's Bakery at 1215 Broadway. Nothing was taken.

Miscellaneous Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported Sunday at 2 N. Fountain.
