Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jerry R. Stovall, 22, of 815 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving on a sidewalk.

Arrests

* Quintin L. Norris, 35, of Ullin, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for no operator's license and on suspicion of driving while suspended, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving an unlicensed vehicle.

* Melanie A. Swift, 18, of 169 N. Lake Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Alisha D. Snider, 29, of 308 W. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended license.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported the theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* A broken window was reported at 712 S. Pacific St.

DWI

* Robert R. Newell, 56, of 419 Bellevue St. in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

* Victor S. Macke, 42, of 1568 Highway 34, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

* Amanda R. Phelps, 21, of 153 County Road 341, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Justin O. Seyer, 21, of 486 Wellington Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.

Arrests

* Timothy W. Seabaugh, 43, of 1101 Highland Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Brandon M. Sitzes, 18, of 315 E. Washington St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jonathan M. Gray, 18, of 502 Nellie St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Justin Locke, 21, of 605 E. Adams St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summons

* Keith A. Murray, 22, of Saratoga, Wyo., received a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

* A theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* A theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Kies Avenue.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Willow Bend Drive.

* Vandalism was reported in the 1600 block of Cedar Street.

Miscellaneous

* An affray was reported on South Bast Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* Fraud was reported in the 400 block of Highview Lane.
