A suspect was taken into custody Wednesday pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of possession of crack/cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Robin R. Sides, 24, of 43 N. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for trespassing.Summons

Erin D. Lang, 21, of 1710 N. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Thursday on suspicion of misrepresentation of age.

Thefts Jeans were reported stolen Wednesday from JC Penney, 200 West Park Mall. Three suspects were taken into custody on the complaint pending filing of formal charges.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday at Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway.

A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday at 905 S. Benton.

Clothing was reported stolen Wednesday from Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall. Christy Dawn Dawson, 27, of 200 Sand Road, Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

Cash, a purse and contents were reported stolen Thursday at 1928 Delwin.

A wallet and contents were reported stolen Thursday at 317 Albert.

Prescription medicine was reported stolen Thursday at 11 S. Kingshighway.

Microphones, cables, boom stand and duffel bag were reported stolen in a burglary Thursday at 2545 Lynnwood.Property damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 625 Broadway.

A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 1710 N. Sprigg.

A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 3102 Lexington.

Vehicle tires were reported damaged Thursday at 607 Red Bud Circle.

Miscellaneous A pink girls bicycle was found Wednesday at 20 N. Spanish.

A 15-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Wednesday as a runaway.

A 16-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Wednesday as a runaway.

Clothing and miscellaneous items were found Wednesday at 40 S. Sprigg.
