The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Wednesday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Lakeish Shania Johnson, 20, 430 Olive St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* A 16-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
* John Paul Bowers, 24, 331 S. Lorimier St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Susan Brown Young, 50, 412 Koch St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing cigarettes from Huck's convenience store, 353 S. Kinghighway, and on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to produce a driver's license on request.
Summonses
* Rosa Linda Lara-Gutierrez, 17, 70 Sheridan Drive, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
* Nancy Shy, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to wear a seatbelt.
* Vanessa Lin Jackson, 28, 1107 Bloomfield Road, was issued a summons for animal neglect and failure to maintain an animal license.
* Joseph Ruggiero, 1262 Kingsway Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
Assault
* Assault was reported.
Theft
* A Kenwood CD player was stolen and a vehicle dash damaged at 1038 N. Frederick St.
* Cash was reported stolen at Huck's convenience store, 353 S. Kingshighway.
* A vehicle window was reported broken, an air conditioner unit damaged and a mattress and box springs stolen at 422 Good Hope St.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at Shoe Carnival, 276 Siemers Drive.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at Outback Steakhouse, 101 Cape West Parkway.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at O'Reilly Auto Parts, 370 N. Kingshighway.
Property Damage
* A vehicle's left doors and front quarter panel were reported damaged at 1701 Lacey St.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 903 S. Sprigg St.
* Property damage was reported at 1744 North Woods Court.
Miscellaneous
* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at 2400 Veterans Memorial.
* A black and red wallet was found at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A runaway juvenile was reported.
* Child molestation was reported.
* A runaway juvenile, male, age 12, was reported.

* David L. Bolen, 44, of Jackson, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.
* A 15-year-old male was cited into juvenile court for theft.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
* Theft was reported in the 3600 block of EastJackson Boulevard.

* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of Parkwood Drive.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 1400 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.
* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of White Oak Street.
* A suspicious person was reported on Symphony Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East Washington Street.
* A request was made to keep the peace on Veterans Memorial Drive.
