DWI

* Timothy D. Gaddis, 26, of 2026 State Highway 114, Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and failure to signal.

Arrests

* Adam J. Stahlschmidt Sr., 30, of 17 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Wentzville, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and three O'Fallon, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for traffic offenses and failure to appear for assault.

* Ashley N. Windeknecht, 21, of 801 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

* Richard A. Stemmerick, 36, of 509 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Somerset County, Pa., warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol.

* Larenzo D. Braxton, 20, of 2816 Themis, Apt. C, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay DWI fines, tampering fines and speeding fines.

* Charles Anthony Adams, 20, of 9716 Acacia, Jennings, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for discharging fireworks.

Assault

* Third-degree assault was reported.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3219 William St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3102 Lexington Ave.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at D-Mart, 3276 William St.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at Pastime Antiques, 45 N. Main St.

Burglary

* A DVD player and adaptor were reported stolen during a burglary at 1105 S. Benton St.

Property damage

* A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 312 W. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

* Phone harassment was reported.

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Jerrica L. O'Kelley, 17, of Whitewater, received a summons on suspicion of failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Tonya R. Smith, 20, of 1131 S. Pacific St., Cape Girardeau, received a summons on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Timothy Shepard, 22, of 238 County Road 438, received a summons on suspicion of following too closely and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

* Jeffrey C. Douglas, 16, of 271 Hill Drive, Cape Girardeau, received a summons on suspicion of failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Gary L. Tallman Jr., 29, of 232 Forrester St., Cape Girardeau, received a summons on suspicion of failure to maintain insurance and speeding.

* Leah D. Hutchison, 20, of 5916 County Road 525, was issued a summons on suspicion of failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Travis M. Craft, 19, of 229 S. Bast St., was issued a summons on suspicion of failure to maintain insurance and speeding.

* A theft was reported in the 1200 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported from a motor vehicle in the 700 block of Francis Drive.

Property damage

* Property was reported damaged in the 3100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Property damage was reported on West Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* An affray was reported in the 800 block of Andrew Street.
