Gene L. Douthit, 26, 5352 Lotus, St. Louis, was arrested Monday on three city warrants for failure to appear for various traffic offenses.

Carl A. Berger, 20, 508 Green Acres, was arrested Monday on suspicion of property damage and driving a vehicle in a city park.

Ashli Shea Ayers, 19, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested Monday on seven city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for striking a legally stopped or parked vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, no operator's license, three warrants for stealing, and first-degree trespassing.

Garmeisha D. Terry, 17, 722 S. Sprigg, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

David H. Hamlyn Jr., 24, HC 66 Box 736, Sturdivant, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing a fishing reel from Wal-Mart, 3439 William.

Thomas L. White, 22, 451 N. Frederick, was arrested Monday on two city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for improper registration and stealing.

Kittrel E. Braselman, 41, 3733 Salone, St. Louis, was arrested Monday on a Scott County warrant for non-support.

James A. Jones, 28, 233 Welter, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Monday on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and costs for driving on a revoked license.

Travis Sintell Turner, 22, 1324 N. Sprigg, was arrested Tuesday on city warrants for failure to appear for two counts of assault.

Doyle Thomas Bridges, 31, 315 Market St., Grand Tower, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.

Thefts

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday from Basic Fuel, 2551 Bloomfield.

Property Damage

Paint was reported spilled on a building Monday at 823 Broadway.

A door was reported damaged, windows broken and a bathroom mirror broken Monday at 125 S. Henderson.

A vehicle window was reported accidentally broken Monday at 1701 Lacey.Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

Earl Brissette, 63, 413 Marvin, Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Jackson city warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

William Sammut, 18, 2720 County Road 543, Jackson, was issued a summons Monday for a stop sign violation.

Joey Stoffregen, 27, County Road 254, Advance, Mo., was issued a summons Monday for driving under revocation and failure to register his vehicle.

Theft

Thefts were reported Monday in the 1500 block of Jennifer Drive and the 200 block of North West Lane.
