Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Rodney Plopper, 34, of 3 N. Pacific St., was arrested on a Missouri probation and parole warrant for parole absconder.

* Chasity D. Zoellner, 30, of 619 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on Perry County warrants for fraud and for obstructing court and on a Scott County warrant for passing bad checks.

* Adrian Jones, 21, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* Two domestic assaults were reported.

Thefts

* A theft, trespassing and property damage were reported.

* Checks were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* Money was reported stolen at 224 N. Park Ave.

* A purse was reported stolen at 711 N. Clark Ave.

* A robbery, assault and armed criminal action were reported.

* A car radio/CD player was reported stolen at 510 Minnesota Ave.

* A CD player was reported stolen at 164 Siemers Drive.

* A CD player was reported stolen and a dash trim damaged at 413 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* One person was in custody for possession of cocaine.

* An animal bite was reported.

* Capaha Bank, 3168 William St., reported a counterfeit $20 bill.

* Commerce Bank, 160 S. Broadview St., reported a forged check.

Thefts

* Checks were reported stolen in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
