* Angela R. Menz, 34, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jacob L. Faulk, 24, of 827 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Dorothy L. Babers, 26, of 121 E. Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat belt.

* Melissa H. Davis, 33, of 701 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for failure to pay sewer bill.

* Emily R. Douglas, 18, of 2857 Themis St., was arrested on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

* Orlando D. Price, 18, Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, failure to signal, and no proof of insurance.

Summonses

* Seville Bell III, 20, of Cape Girardeau, and a 16-year-old boy received summonses for peace disturbance.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Cash was reported stolen at 1218 Normal Ave.

* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported the theft of jewelry. A 12-year-old girl and a14-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* A purse was reported stolen at Spanish and Themis streets.

* Broussard's, 120 N. Main St., reported the theft of food.

* Cash was reported stolen at 537 N. Sprigg St.

* A lawn mower was reported stolen at 811 Elm St.

* Cash was reported stolen in a robbery in the 800 block of South Ellis Street.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 100 West Park Mall.

* River Bend Investments, 301 N. Lorimier St., reported a broken window.

* Vehicle tires were reported damaged at Independence and Spanish streets.

* A vehicle was reported damaged on Rotary Drive.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 714 S. Ellis St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged and a CD player, speakers and amplifier stolen at Independence and Main streets.

* A mailbox was reported damaged at 1708 Westridge Drive.

Arrest

* Sharon A. Rose, 38, of 1402 Bel Air Drive, was arrested on a Dexter, Mo., police warrant for failure to appear on a driving while intoxicated charge.

Summonses

* Kevin R. Craft, 17, of 224 S. Bast St., received a summons for minor in possession of tobacco.

* Charles E. Willey, 20, of 1402 Bel Air Drive, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance and was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation.

Assaults

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for domestic assault.

* A domestic assault was reported in the 2800 block of Old Toll Road.
