Arrests
James L. Phillips, 27, of 247 S. Cedar, Wapello, Iowa, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine, meth and drug paraphernalia.
Malcolm E. Loy, 31, of 400 Walnut, Muscatine, Iowa, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine, meth and drug paraphernalia and for forgery.
Teresa L. Walker, 22, of 2091 Old Toll Road, Apt. 517, Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Travis W. Beasley, 32, of Rural Scopus Station, Scopus, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence and driving while revoked.
Laura A. James, 43, of 421 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
Richard L. Willis, 50, of 421 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
Freddy M. Wren, 55, of 421 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joshua D. Whirls, of 421 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute.
Bethany C. Peters, 21, of 310 N. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Summonses
Michael W. Siebert, 20, of 1313 Kingsway, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for selling alcohol to a minor.
Chad D. Meyr, 21, of 1513 Parksite, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for supplying alcohol to a minor.Assaults
Brian L. Johnson, 23, of 1949 Delwin, Apt. 5, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of domestic assault.
Thefts CDs, a checkbook, a driver's license, a debit card and cash were reported stolen Wednesday at 100 West Park Mall.
A bicycle was reported stole Thursday at 411 Siemers.
Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
Burglaries
A burglary was reported Wednesday at 801 S. Pacific. Cash, payroll checks, boxes of checks, prescription medication and jewelry were reported stolen.
A burglary was reported Thursday by Bud Shell Auto World. Cash was taken and a filing cabinet was damaged.
A burglary was reported Thursday by First Discount Travel. Cash, a safe and a metal cabinet were stolen.
A burglary was reported Thursday by Greater Dimension Church. Computers and chairs were stolen.Property damage
A window was reported broken Thursday at 727 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
A girls purple 10-speed bicycle was reported found Wednesday at 211 St. Francis.
Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Thursday at 735 Lexington.

A domestic dispute was reported Wednesday in the 400 block of East Lane.
Property damage was reported Wednesday in the 300 block of Florence.
