Arrests
* Three 15-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for property damage and trespassing.
* Ricky L. Robinson, 29, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Perry L. Foulks, 18, of 336 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and fleeing lawful detention.
* Tracie A. Childers, 22, of 1837 Stoddard St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
Summonses
* Frederick E. Gibson, 41, of 45 S. West End Blvd., and Larry G. Koenig, 50, of 411 S. Frederick St., received summonses for peace disturbance.
* Joe E. Kindle, 49, of 502 S. Hanover St., received a summons for assault.
* Isaac Johnson Jr., 49, of 518 S. Ellis St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Assault
* Domestic assault, burglary, property damage and endangering the welfare of a child were reported. One person was in custody in connection with the complaint.
Thefts
* A theft was reported at 3049 William St. Stephenie N. Ramirez, 19, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Rachel C. Thompson, 18, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., were arrested and a 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* An amplifier and speaker were reported stolen at 315 N. Frederick St.
* St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 804 N. Cape Rock Drive, reported the theft of a fluorescent light fixture.
* Identity theft was reported.
* An iPod, cell phone and CDs were reported stolen at New Madrid and Park streets.
* A bicycle, bicycle seat and two bicycle tires were reported stolen at 415 N. Frederick St.
* A theft was reported at 11 S. Kingshighway. One person was in custody in connection to the complaint.
* License registration year tags were reported stolen.
* Stealing, resisting arrest by fleeing, two assaults of a police officer, failure to drive carefully and prudent, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to stop for a red light and failure to stop at a stop sign were reported. One person was in custody in connection with the complaint.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 115 N. Fountain St. Dishes, clothing and a television were reported stolen.
* A burglary was reported.
Property damage
* A vehicle door was reported damaged at Bellevue Street and Houck Place.
* A vehicle door was reported damaged in the 2800 block of Themis Street.
* Eyeglasses were reported damaged at 301 N. Clark Ave.
* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a garage door damaged at 835 Caruthers Ave.
* The city of Cape Girardeau reported damage to buildings and baseball fields at West End Boulevard and Broadway.
* A vehicle was reported damaged in the 700 block of South Ellis Street.
* A retaining wall was reported damaged at 1830 Dunklin St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1732 Anna St.
* A granite monument was reported damaged at 829 N. West End Blvd.
Miscellaneous
* Rape/sodomy was reported.
* Cape Regional Credit Union reported forgery.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Michael R. Napper, 34, of 2989 Highway 25, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to display lighted lamp.
Arrests
* Corinne F. Mcvey, 57, of 2775 E. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.
Thefts
* A theft was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Property Damage
* Property was reported damaged in the 200 block of Florence Street.
Miscellaneous
* Illegal dumping was reported on North Russell Street.
