Summonses

* Cheryl D. Jackson, 33, of 231 S. Hanover St., received a summons for prohibited acts.

* Jason L. Copeland, of 128 S. Hanover St., received a summons for general property maintenance.

Assaults

* An assault was reported at 2880 Hopper Drive. A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* A backpack was reported stolen at 211 N. Park Ave.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of liquor.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported the theft of gasoline.

* J.C. Penny, 200 West Park Mall, reported a theft. Lacy A. Rister, 17, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested and a 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
