Arrests

Geneva Y. Grubbs, 37, of 1030 S. Pacific St. Cape Girardeau on suspicion of assault.

Peggy N. Moore, 52, of 1003 S. Pacific St., Cape Girardeau, on suspicion of assault.

David S. Reel, 29, of 14 N. Fountain St., Cape Girardeau, on suspicion of harassment.

Terry A. Joyce, 36, of 1447 N. Water, Cape Girardeau, on suspicion of a leash law violation.

Christopher I. Sparks, 20, of 1318 N. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, on suspicion of trafficking, assault and resisting arrest.

Antonio F. Garcia, 33, of 1470 Ozark, Cape Girardeau, on suspicion of driving while revoked, operating a motor vehicle with no front license plate and no seat belt.

Charles E. Jones, III, 30, of 408 North, Cape Girardeau, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A suspect is in custody on suspicion of resisting arrest by fleeing at South Hanover and William pending the filing of formal charges.

Shannon P. Babers, 33, of 467 Estate Dr., Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jefferson City warrant for being a parole absconder.

Daniel S.. Reid, 25, of Kansas City was arrested on a warrant for absconding and on a warrant from Miner for contempt of court.

Jason D. Jackson, 20, of 115 Country Cove, Benton, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay fine and costs for speeding.

Misty S. Massa, 24, of 2703 Leroy, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic charge.

Debra Ann Searles, 21, of 2570 Magnolia, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on warrants from St. Francois County and Ste. Genevieve county for bad checks.

Stealing

Food was reported stolen from the Cracker Barrel, 3261 William.

A female juvenile, age 16, was cited in juvenile court for allegedly stealing clothing from Famous-Barr, 100 West Park Mall.

Gasoline was reported stolen from BI-State Southern, 400 Morgan Oak, Cape Girardeau.

A gun and a leather coat were reported stolen at 1704 big bend Road, Cape Girardeau.

Assorted CDs and a case were reported stolen from 1821 Huntington.

Medication and money were reported stolen from 105 North Clark.

A TV, VCR/DVD player were reported stolen from 1210 Sprigg.

A bank card was reported stolen in the Cape Girardeau area.

A cell phone and money were reported stolen at 1669 Westwood in Cape Girardeau.

Five instances of fraudulent use of a credit device were reported at 111 Broadway.

Property Damage

A vehicle mirror was reported broken at 232 Shirley Drive, Cape Girardeau.

A vehicle car dash was reported damaged at Approved Auto car dealership, 402 S. Kingshighway.

A vehicle was damaged at 266 Siemers, Cape Girardeau.

A window was reported broken at 2545 Fairlane, Cape Girardeau.

A vehicle window was reported broken at Aufenberg Chrysler, 611 South Kingshighway.

A tractor window was reported broken at Baker Implement, 401S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

A counterfeit $20 bill was reported found at US Bank, 3060 William.

A 51-year old male was taken into protective custody.

Jackson

Arrests

Santon M. Robbins, 17, 172 E St. Cape Girardeau, on suspicion of peace disturbance, trespass, theft, assault, resisting arrest and assault of an officer.

James D. Brown, 24, 957 West Independence, Jackson, on suspicion of robbery and property damage.

Jeremiah R. Brown, 20, 957 Independence, Jackson, on suspicion of robbery and property damage.

Andrew J.. Minner, 19, of Andrew St., on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Luke Cowell, 27, 353 Dino Lane, Jackson on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Summons

John J. Below, 33, 2752 County Road 369, Jackson was issued a summons for driving under suspension.

Mark Venable, 39 of 152 Hengst Lane, Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a light.

Theft

Cash and a cell phone were reported stolen in the 300 block of South Missouri St.

Alcohol was reported stolen from Kidd's, 304 E. Jackson Blvd.

Property damage

Reports of property damage were made in the 500 block of South Oklahoma, 1600 block of rosebud, and on Jackson Trail.

Vandalism was reported in the 3000 block of Jackson blvd.
