Timothy H. Ainley, 38, of 283 Graphite Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop.Arrests
Vicky M. Jenkins, 43, of 1232 W. Jackson Blvd., Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of drug paraphernalia.
William V. Salvatore, 50, of 315 Good Hope, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Forsyth County warrant for fraud.
Summonses
David K. Wilson II of 2715 Leroy, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for failure to yield.
Jacob M. Fish, 17, of 1970 N. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau received a summons Sunday for unlawful use of a license.
Thefts
A DVD player and video modulator were reported stolen from Towers West on Friday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Amerimart at 865 N. Kingshighway.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Bi-State Southern at 400 Morgan Oak.
Burglary
A burglary was reported Sunday at 119 S. Benton. A stereo, Nintendo Playstation and video games were reported stolen.

A 48-year-old male was placed in protective custody Sunday.
A forged check was reported Monday by Huck's at 353 S. Kingshighway.

Arrest
Jimmy Castile, 25, of 1038 N. Frederick, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to have insurance, failure to display front license plate, failure to register motor vehicle, displaying the license plates of another and possession of an open title.
Summonses
Joseph A. Lewis, 25, of 404 Virginia, Fredericktown, Mo., received a summons Sunday for failure to wear a seat belt.
James H. Sides, 21, of 411 N. Farmington, Jackson, received a summons Sunday for failure to register a motor vehicle.Property damage
Property damage was reported Saturday on Optimist Hill Drive.
A door was reported damaged Sunday in the 100 block of Daisy.
Property damage was reported Monday in the 500 block of East Washington.
