The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs James Emery David Hayden, 26, 637 S. Henderson, Cape Girar-deau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

James William Harris, no age given, 328 N. Middle, Cape Girar-deau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following an accident on William and Silver Spring Road

Arrests Azizi Ulysses Ray, 23, 839 Morgan Oak, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Blake Carlisle Stults, 18, 821 William, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic violation.

Haley Ann Madderra, 22, of HC 1, Zalma, was arrested Monday on a probation/parole violation.

Shemiah Lashawn Carter, 22, 1023 S. Benton, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on city warrants for failure to pay a sewer bill and failure to appear in court for resisting arrest, no operator's license, trespassing and property damage.

Justin C. Wiseman, 18, 132 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on city warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, no insurance, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, failure to register his vehicle and no driver's license.

Alexis M. Depree, 17, 1019 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of assault.

Summons

Jerel Dean Cooley, 56, 103 S. Park, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance by allowing a barking dog.

Stealing

An amplifier was reported stolen Monday at 1338 Spanish.

A CD player, speakers, amplifier and cell phone charger were reported stolen Monday along with the rear seat of a vehicle being damaged at 235 N. Lorimier.

Assorted jewelry and coins were reported stolen Monday at 19 N. Spanish.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen at Bellevue and Frederick Monday.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Monday at 616 Broadway.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1126 Sprigg.

A cell phone was reported stolen Monday from Blattner Steel, 105 S. Spanish.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday from the Cash Only Gas Station, 2012 William.Property damage

A residence window was reported broken Monday at 302 N. Middle.

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 306 N. Middle.

A vehicle was reported broken at Westfield Shoppingtown West Park Monday.

A vehicle window was reported broken at Lease Plan USA Inc.

A vehicle tire alarm was broken and foam sprayed Monday at 1400 Giboney.

A window was reported broken Monday at JCS/TEL-Link, 1606 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous U Kwick Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported receiving four forged checks Monday.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses Ryan Lewis, 21, 104 N. Fist, Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons Monday for driving under suspension and speeding.

David Miller, 53, 1517 W. Jackson Blvd., Jackson, was issued a summons Monday for improper parking.

Edward Pierce, 48, was issued a summons Monday for driving under suspension.

Property damage

Property damage was reported Monday on East Jackson Boulevard, the 200 block of South High Street, and the 500 block of North Georgia Street.
