* Jennifer A. Wichard, 27, of 3815 Stonebridge Drive, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Michael D. Wicker, 34, of 108 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.

* Randall W. Vester, 27, of Rogersville, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau city warrants for failure to appear for revoked license and improper registration.

* Jessie S. May, 34, of 1521 Hill St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Summonses

* Mary S. Keller, 47, of 1857 Martin Ct., received a summons for leash law violation.

Thefts

* A theft was reported at 200 West Park Mall.

* Money was stolen by deceit at 1201 S. Sprigg St.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1225 Fairlane Drive.

Miscellaneous

* One person was in custody for burglary, resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer and assault.

* A missing adult was reported.

* A harassing phone call was reported.

* Zachary I. Keller, 16, of 3852 State Highway 72, received a summons for failure to maintain in a single lane of traffic.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Hickory Street.
