The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Timothy D. Dickison, 23, of 630 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Timothy T. Glas, 35, of 2851, Whitener, Apt. B4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender.

James D. Summers, 23, of 437 Minnesota, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of property damage.

Amanda S. Nanny, 29, of County Road 504, Glenallen, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy R. Banks, 38, of 527 N. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear.

Jeremy D. Crocker, 23, of 508 Cape Meadows, Apt. 35, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

A person was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for assault, resisting arrest by fleeing and failure to yield.

Lisa G. Bareiter, 35, of 5025 County Road 525, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau County warrants for larceny and probation violation.

Summons Jamie N. Lamburth, 23, of 108 Bertling, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for a leash law violation.

Thefts Cash and a watch were reported stolen Tuesday at 1325 N. Kingshighway.

Paperwork, a hiking bag, clothing, cook books and a battery pack were reported stolen Tuesday at 1600 Whitener.

Cash was reported stolen and a mailbox damaged Tuesday at 3025 Patriot.

A stereo, compressor and a briefcase were reported stolen Tuesday at 3030 Mimosa.

Several hardware items were reported stolen Tuesday by Kmart at 11 S. Kingshighway. Michael P. Park, 20, of 1905 Bloomfield, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

Cigarettes, a lighter, a CD case and CDs were reported stolen Tuesday at 2825 Whitener.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 133 N. Water.

Tobacco products were reported stolen Monday by the city of Cape Girardeau at 1157 S. West End Blvd.

Property Damage A window was reported damaged Tuesday by Port Cape at 19 N. Water.

A door was reported damaged Wednesday by Zimmer Radio Group at 318 Broadway.

A peace disturbance was reported Monday in the 400 block of East Main.

Fraud was reported Monday in the 500 block of South Hope.

Telephone harassment was reported Monday and Wednesday in the 500 block of South Hope.

Theft was reported Monday in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.

Theft was reported Monday in the 400 block of North High.

A domestic dispute was reported Tuesday in the 100 block of Timber Lane.
