Arrests
Brian L. Carter, 27, of Jefferson City, Mo., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.
Robert D. Williams, 46, 140 S. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence.
Rodney D. Phelps, 31, of Grand Tower, Ill., was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia and meth ingredients.
Sarah M. Crowden, 21, of Grand Tower, Ill., was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia and meth ingredients.
Harley R. Libert, 19, of Grand Tower, Ill., was arrested Friday on suspicion of resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia, meth ingredients, all with intent to distribute meth.
Gregory G. Espinoza, 39, of Scott City, was arrested Saturday on a Cleveland County, Okla., warrant for leaving the scene of an injury accident and driving while intoxicated.
Danny R. Reed, 21, of 538 S. Maple, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Isaac S. Johnson, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court.
Summonses
Matthew D. Collier, 19, of Scott City, was issued a summons Saturday on suspicion of stealing cigarettes at Schnucks.
Burglaries
A push mower was reported stolen and a window was broken Monday at Massey Ferguson Tractor Supply, 533 Morgan Oak.
A radio and charger were reported stolen in a burglary Monday at 338 Broadway.Theft
Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Saturday at 100 West Park Mall.
A cell phone was reported stolen Saturday at 511 S. Ellis.
Assault A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court Saturday for assault and making a false declaration.
Property damage
A window was reported damaged Saturday at 1527 Whitener.
Damage was reported Sunday at 628 S. Pacific St.
Miscellaneous
A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court Saturday for misusing emergency services.
A 39-year-old Cape Girardeau man was taken into protective custody Saturday.
Telephone harassment was reported Saturday.
A gray 1988 Ford Escort was reported abandoned Monday in the 200 block of South Ellis Street.Jackson

Danny Gilman, 42, 221 Morgan, was arrested Saturday on a county warrant for a probation violation.

An arson was reported Sunday in the 900 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Peace disturbance
Peace disturbances were reported in separate incidences Thursday in the 400 block of North Ohio Street, the 1900 block of Lee Avenue and the 200 block of North West Lane.
Peace disturbances were reported in separate incidences Friday in the 2600 block of Old Cape Road and the 100 block of South Hope Street.
Burglary
A burglary was reported Thursday in the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
Found property was reported Thursday in the 400 block of Morgan Street and the 500 block of Hope Street.
A domestic dispute report was reported Saturday at the 300 block of S. Union Avenue.
Vandalism was reported Saturday on Parkview Street.
A fight was reported Saturday in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
