Arrests
* Jason A. Ponder, 28, of 122 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Sheila E. Bass, 35, of 2102 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
* Jacqueline M. Emerson, 28, of 3019 Aspen Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
* Brandon L. King, 19, of 1040 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for obstructing a police officer.
* Jeremy W. Wilson, 27, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for following too closely.
* Denise D. Smith, 28, of 808 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for probation revocation for stealing.
* Avery L. Winks, 37, of 326 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute.
* Christopher J. Berra, 21, of 1212 Dunklin St., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.
* Robert J. Teater, 47, of 807 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Amy B. Maddox, 31, of 3028 Aspen Drive, was arrested on a Scott City police warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
Assaults
* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft. Jonathan K. Lewis, 18, of 608 Boxwood Drive, was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* A palm navigation system was reported stolen from 1201 Broadway.
* An IRS tax letter was reported stolen at 3026 Mimosa Drive.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 2830 Independence St. An XBox was reported stolen.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported scratched at 1701 Lacey St.

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
