DWI
* One person was in custody for driving while intoxicated, speeding, unlicensed vehicle and no insurance.
Arrests
* Travis M. Davie, 23, of 1226 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for property damage and failure to appear for assault.
* Joshua K. Morris, 18, of 2913 Cuesta Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* Telisa A. Anderson, 24, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Brett L. Turner, 29, of 828 E. Independence St. in Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance, and on a Jefferson County warrants for failure to appear for speeding, failure to appear for financial responsibility and failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
* Dennis M. Ciafrone, 61, of Pocahontas, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon, two counts of assault and resisting arrest.
* Galen V. Shoulder, 27, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
Assault
* A domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A stereo/CD player was reported stolen and a dash trim damaged at 1010 Elm St.
* A checkbook was reported stolen.
* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* Identity theft was reported.
Property damage
* State Beauty Supply, 615 Broadway, reported a broken vehicle window and dented door.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Theft
* Gasoline was reported stolen in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
Miscellaneous
* Fraud was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
