The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Perry L. Pyle, Jr., 19, of 7809 Kenridge, St. Louis, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests Eric J. Payne, 24, of 435 east State Highway 18, Blytheville, Ark., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of assault.

Ashley S. Ayers, 19, of 900 Perry Street, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from Scott City for failure to appear for stealing.

Shane Shafter, 17, of 333 N. Pacific, was arrested Wednesday on a Stoddard County warrant for second-degree burglary

Emily J. Keller, 21, of 1857 Martin Court, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Carl L. Watkins, 22, of 646 Spring, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and failure to signal.

Property Damage

A window was reported broken Wednesday at 541 Ellis.

A vehicle door was reported damaged Wednesday at Soskin Toyota, 357 Siemers; also a windshield was reported broken.

A vehicle window was reported broken Wednesday at Schmidt & Frey, 1930 Independence.

A vehicle was reported dented Thursday at 2004 Woodlawn.

Theft

A subject is in custody on suspicion of stealing, forgery and trespassing, pending the filing of formal charges.

An insurance card and registration form were reported stolen Wednesday from 312 W. Lorimier.

Money was reported stolen Thursday from 1450 Whitener.

A garage door opener was reported stolen Thursday from 1313 Gina.

A CD case and assorted CDs were reported stolen Thursday from 1306 Gina.

A set of master keys was reported stolen Thursday from 1418 Parkmor.

Roofing boots and a cell phone were reported stolen Thursday from 1401 Parkmor.

Miscellaneous

A forgery was reported at 40 S. Sprigg.

A 16-year-old juvenile girl was cited in juvenile court Wednesday on suspicion of second degree assault. A second subject was released pending review.

A 16-year-old girl was cited in juvenile court Wednesday on suspicion of peace disturbance.

A burglary/stealing was reported Thursday at 239 N. Middle.Jackson

Arrests

Franklin Reed, 39, 409 Shawnee, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Summonses

Ronald Davis, 33, of rural Sedgewickville was issued a summons Wednesday for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Jamie Chamberlain, 20, 1231 Woodlane, Jackson, was issued a summons Wednesday for failure to maintain insurance.

Keith Stanridge, 41, of rural Jackson was issued a summons Thursday for improper parking.

Harold Stortz, 37, of 1421 Hillview Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons Thursday for improper parking.
