Arrests
Misty R. McIntyre, 17, of 1288 Linden, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court.
Lakeish S. Johnson, 18, of 306 S. Benton, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of burglary and stealing.
Kenneth M. Rush, 23, of 306 S. Benton, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of burglary and stealing and on a Metropolis, Ill., warrant for probation violation.
A 14-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Tuesday on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
Kathryn N. Hartzell, 23, of 401 S. West End Boulevard, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while revoked and driving an unlicensed vehicle.
Amanda L. Mann, 23, of 628 S. Park, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of supplying alcohol to a minor.
Kevin S. Gibson, 20, of 2813 Park Ave., Cairo, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.
Melissa S. Clark, 19, of Route 1, Box 123 A, Thebes, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.
Delandric B. Webb, 27, of 732 N. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Robert J. Luttrell of 1201 Parker, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while suspended, no insurance and failure to display a license plate.
Summons
Melissa S. Clark, 19, of Route 1, Box 123A, Thebes, Ill., received a summons Tuesday for littering from a vehicle.
Thefts
Memory cards were reported stolen Tuesday by Circuit City at 164 Siemers Drive.
A satellite dish was reported stolen Tuesday at 426 North.
Two purses were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Tuesday at 3049 William.
CDs and a CD player were reported stolen Tuesday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University. The thefts occurred in parking area 9.Property damage
A window and a door were reported damaged Wednesday by Heartland Century 21 at 528 Broadway.
Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Sean G. Morrisey, 26, of 19 St. Charles Place, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrest Brandon Westfall, 18, of 1136 N. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
Summons Joshua Ly, 19, of 1329 Rosebud, Jackson, received a summons Tuesday for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Property damage
Furniture was reported damaged Tuesday in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
