The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Howard H. Smith Jr., 31, of 1427 N. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and driving while revoked.

Leonard L. Copen, 22, of 211 Mason, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while revoked.

Eric J. Arnold, 33, of Cape Meadows, No. 28, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear and on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, improper vehicle registration and no insurance.

Sarah L. Walker, 25, of 1105 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Brian K. Vogel, 35, of 401 S. Pacific, No. 7, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Christopher S. Scott, 22, of 200 S. Spanish, No. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Tyrone Reece, 48, of 1314 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of stealing.

Steven Orcutt, 47, of 105 N. Clark, No. 210, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on Cape Girardeau and Scott County warrants for failure to appear.

Dirk T. Dickison, 22, of 225 O'Connor, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, assault of a law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance, failure to signal, failure to obey a stop sign, driving while suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Troy L. Jones, 27, of 838 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return to confinement.

Travis B. Wade, 44, of 921 Hackberry, No. 211, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while suspended.

Mary J. Hicks, 18, of 1505 Stoddard, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of delivering contraband to a jail.

Summons Nathaniel S. Pierce, 28, of 29 S. Sprigg, No. 2, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for a peace disturbance.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Hucks at 353 S. Kingshighway.

A 1998 Mazda bearing license plate MQM402 was reported stolen Wednesday at 10 Rivercrest Drive.

Miscellaneous A box trailer vehicle identification number plate bearing PN9629 was reported lost in the city of Cape Girardeau.

Miscellaneous A peace disturbance was reported Tuesday at the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

A domestic dispute was reported Tuesday at the 100 block of Chippawa.

Fraud was reported Tuesday in the 1500 block of North High Street.

Theft was reported Tuesday at the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage was reported Tuesday at the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
