Arrest

* Ronald S. Roark, 23, of 329 Estate Drive, was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon.

Summons

* Leander West Jr., 18, of 528 N. Fountain St., received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported. One person was in custody in connection to the complaint.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Monty's Manufactured Homes, 602 S. Kingshighway, reported the attempted theft of a check.

* A license plate was reported stolen.

* Amerimart #7, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Sears, 330 Siemers Drive, reported a theft. Brenda S. Thiele, 47, of 133 Parkwood Ave., was arrested in connection to the complaint.

* A vehicle quarter panel was reported damaged.

Miscellaneous

* Identity theft and stealing were reported.

* One person was in custody for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and a vehicle was towed.

* One person was in custody for possession of drug paraphernalia, sexual misconduct, and one person was placed into protective custody.

* Trespassing and underage drinking was reported at 724 Broadway. Charles B. Chilcutt, 19, of Knoxville, Tenn., was arrested in connection to the complaint.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* David M. Sloan, 18, of 211 S. Bast St., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption and possession of a controlled substance.

Miscellaneous

* Illegal dumping was reported on East Main Street.

* A suspicious person was reported in the 1200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Mary Street.

* A noise violation was reported on Orchard Drive.
