The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Shawn Ray Baugher, 19, Highway 1 Box 32, Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Joshua Ray Graham, 17, 750 Front St., Tamms, Ill, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Michael S. Harper, 21, 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for failure to appear.
* Dereck M. Anglin, 18, 1244 College St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage. Two boys, ages 14 and 16, were cited into juvenile court for suspicion of property damage also.
Summons
* Jonathan R. Scarber, 20, 111 N Clark St., Apt. 3, was issued a summons on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
Theft
* The Hollister Co., 313 West Park Mall, made three reports of theft of miscellaneous transactions.
* Checks were reported stolen from 1516 New Madrid St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.
* A door was reported damaged and cash taken from Apple Projects, 334 N. Frederick St.
* Doors and a briefcase were reported damaged and a firearm reported stolen from Williamson & Associates, 334 N. Frederick St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from CRS Gas, 102 Mason St.
Property Damage
* A window was reported broken at 1157 S. West End Blvd.
Jackson
The following items were released Thursday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Property Damage
* Landscaping was reported damaged in the 200 block of Kies Avenue.
* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street and the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Theft
* Thefts were reported in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard, 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard 900 block of East Adams Street and the 500 block of West Main Street.
