The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Michele Robtoy, 25, of Route 1, Box 178, Olive Branch, Ill., received a summons Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Shelia L. Young, 40, of 1929 Delwin, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.

Curtis D. Simmons, 32, of 610 Sycamore, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Patrick L. Smith Sr., 39, of 111 N. Clark, Apt. 7, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and traffic violations.

Arrests William Winders, 42, of 12838 Highstone, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Elchico T. Barns, 25, of 600 Georgia Ave., Apt. D, Memphis, Tenn., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of forgery.

Jeffrey W. Tinsley, 38, of 3500 Leming, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing.

Patrice L. Neely, 28, of 5079 Neely Road, Memphis, Tenn., was arrested Monday on suspicion of forgery.

Otto L. Lashley Jr., 29, of 2417 Verdun St., Memphis, Tenn., was arrested Monday on suspicion of forgery.

Henry H. Kennemore III, 26, of 1822 Dunklin, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of improper registration, possession of a controlled substance and a controlled substance not in a container.

Donna M. Hale, 41, no address given, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses Adriann Q. Harris of 1119 Bloomfield, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for peace disturbance.

Chimeca D. Moore of 533 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for peace disturbance.

Alia J. Shurn of 805 Rear Raney, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for trespassing.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Saturday by Bi-State Southern at 920 N. Kingshighway.

Burglary A burglary and property damage were reported Saturday at 515 Cape Meadows, Apt. 21.

A burglary was reported Sunday at 411 S. Frederick. A video game box, controllers, stereo, speakers and CDs were reported stolen.

Property Damage A window was reported damaged Saturday by Dana's Pet Salon at 705 Broadway.

A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 681 Kingsway.

A door was reported damaged Monday at 606 S. Silver Springs, Apt. 24. Shelley N. Finnegan, 20, of 606 S. Silver Springs, Apt. 24, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for property damage in connection with the complaint.

Miscellaneous A 29-year-old male was placed in protective custody Saturday.

Two 16-year-old juveniles were cited for curfew violations Saturday.

Forgery was reported Sunday by Sam's Club at 2323 Shirley Drive.

Tampering was reported Sunday at 3049 William.

Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Sunday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William.

A counterfeit $20 bill was reported Sunday by Rhodes 101 at 1610 N. Kingshighway.

A 40-year-old male was placed in protective custody Sunday.

A red Rallye Challenger BMX bicycle and a gold Flying-O Tasco 10-speed bicycle were reported found Sunday at 1900 Thilenius.

A 23-year-old female was placed in protective custody Sunday.

DWI Marilyn K. Bown, 48, of 311 N. Ohio, Jackson, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage.

Gary Cunningham, 31, of 343 N. Bast, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and speeding.

Summonses Keith Umfleet, 54, of 1112 Perry Ave., Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for driving while suspended.

Bridgette E. Scroggins, 20, of 177 Grandview, Jackson, received a summons Sunday for driving while suspended.

Stephen Sadler, 22, of 1418 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for driving while suspended and failure to obey stop sign.

Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Saturday in the 900 block of East Adams.

A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday in the 200 block of East Madison.

Theft Gasoline was reported stolen Friday in the 100 block of West Jackson.

A vehicle was reported stolen Saturday in the 100 block of Daisy.

Theft was reported Saturday in the 3000 block of East Jackson.

Miscellaneous Telephone harassment was reported Saturday in the 400 block of North Ohio.

Harassment was reported Sunday in the 500 block of South Hope.

Illegal dumping was reported Sunday in the 800 block of Kimbel Woods.

A domestic dispute was reported Sunday in the 100 block of Tracy.
