Arrests

* Patrick J. Nissen, 40, of 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* Christina L. Clasby, 29, of 957 W. Independence St., Lot 6, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Summonses

* Kyle T. Cook, 17, of 276 Quail Spring, Gordonville, received a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Leah M. Wright, 21, of 505 Forest St., received a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Cole W. Wills, 18, of 321 David, received a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Andrew M. Freeman, 19, of 571 County Road 458, Oak Ridge, received a summons for failure to properly display a license plate.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbances were reported in the 700 block of Hickory Street and on Florence Street.

Arrests

* Eric L. Hogan, 20, of 412 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident, operating a motor vehicle without a license, possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear in court and parole violation.

* Deanna M. Heuring, 24, of 124 S. Lorimier St. was arrested on a New Madrid warrant for fraud.

* Richard D. Caldwell, 63, of 1968 Perryville Road was arrested for D.W.I.

* Steven K. Dusterhoft, 25, of 642 S. Sprigg St. was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Terry M. Craft, 22, of 4207 Route P, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation for stealing.

Summons

* Emily A. Coy, 20, of 2625 Janet Drive received a summons for stealing at Jasper's, 1008 N. Kingshighway.

* Shalonna R. Kirby, 17, of 487 Green Acres Drive received a summons for property damage/trespassing.

Thefts

* A yellow and black bicycle was reported stolen at Elm and Pacific streets.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following item was released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.

Theft

* Miscellaneous clothes worth less than $500 were reported stolen at Towers East.
