The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
Joshua K. Estes, 21, Box 682, Highway 34, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of speeding, driving with expired license plates, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Scott L. Moore, 226, 301 W. McKinley, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jeffrey V. Mirgeaux, 44, 2038 Perryville Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of an order of protection.
Flora J. Riley, 35, 105C North St., Wyatt, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and court costs.
Summons
Jacob S. Lindsay, 19, 1607 Good Hope St., was issued a summons on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft
Computers and towers were reported stolen from Heartland Auto Plaza, 566 S. Kingshighway.
CD/cassette players, computers, CDs, fax, scanner and copy machines were reported stolen from Magnetic Art, 1220 S. West End Blvd.
Missouri license plates, 714 PF9, were reported stolen from 1430 N. Spanish St.
Gasoline was reported stolen at Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.
Gasoline was reported stolen from Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway.
A laser, drill, money and medication were reported stolen from 3439 William St.
Property Damage
Headlamp wires were cut and headlights were reported stolen from Riverfront Auto, 212 S. Spanish St.
Miscellaneous
Forgery and prohibited use of a license were reported a Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
A license plate, 903-RF9, was reported lost at 611 S. Kingshighway.
A white 1985 Ford Tempo with no license plates was towed from 203 S. Lorimier St.
Jackson
The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Theft
A vehicle was reported stolen in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
Property Damage
Property damage was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.
Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Odus Drive.
Miscellaneous
A vehicle was reported tampered with in the 100 block of Tracy Street.
Animal neglect was reported on Ashbury Court.
