Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Nicholas C. Laird, 19, of 701 Broadway, Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
* Andrew Jackson, 23, of 928 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Craig A. Walker, 24, of 505 Washington Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for peace disturbance.
* Kenny C. Bell, 25, of 808 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for striking a legally stopped or parked vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.
* Ronald A. Wright, 43, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
* Christopher M. Johnston, 20, of 1122 N. Middle St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for suspended operators license, failure to appear for suspended license and twice possession of alcohol by a minor.
* David C. Johnson, 26, of 1007 Locust St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for leaving the scene of an accident, false declaration, stealing and resisting/interferring with arrest.
* Mikell D. Abraham, 19, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Brad A. Crockett, 41, of 416 Mount Auburn Road, Apt. C, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* David A. Fee, 20, of 120 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Michael A. Campbell, 33, of 166 S. Cavalier, Jackson, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for nonsupport.
Thefts
* A bank bag and contents were reported stolen at 1923 Brink St.
* Jewelry was reported stolen at 1670 West End Blvd.
* Subway, 250 S. Silver Springs Road, reported check forgery.
* Dominos Pizza, 1028 N. Sprigg St., reported a check stolen.
* Vehicle parking signal lights were reported stolen at 1501 N. Kingshighway.
* Cash was reported stolen at 2775 Lynwood Hills Drive.
* Playstation games and cash were reported stolen at 2857 Themis St.
* A 1997 white Ford Explorer was reported stolen at 1409 Brookshire Road.
* Import Outlet, 3049 William St., reported check forgery.
* K-Mart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported printer ink cartridges stolen. Kevin D. Sletten, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A cell phone was reported stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Jon P. Kearby, 23, and Treasa K. Templemire, 24, both of Poplar Bluff, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing candles and a holder, jewelry, two statues and five greeting cards from Romancing the Stone; jewelry from Famous Barr; magnets, a bobble-head "Family Guy" and "Family Guy" key ring from Spencers; and clothing from J.C. Penney. All the items were recovered.
* Car-Mart, 1455 N. Kingshighway, reported tires and wheels stolen.
Property Damage
* A mailbox was reported damaged at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
* A passenger side bed and cab were reported damaged at 612 Woodbine.
* A 2004 Dodge Neon passenger car was reported damaged at 1715 Whitener St.
Miscellaneous
* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 136 S. Lorimier St.
* Tampering was reported at 921 Hackberry St.
* Knowingly attmepting burning was reported.
* Suicide was reported.
* A 1989 white Pontiac Grand Prix was reported abandoned at 2112 Broadway.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Theft
* A counterfeit $10 bill was reported on East Jackson Boulevard.
Property Damage
* A mailbox was reported damaged in the 3200 block of Bainbridge Road.
