Arrests

* Marianne Porter, 43, 315 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.

* Leonard L. Copen, 23, 211 Mason St., was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault.

Summonses

* Brandy N. Curry, 26, 710 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for property damage.

* Michael L. Smith, 35, County Road 651, Box 3271, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

Theft

* A vehicle window was broken and an in-dash stereo reported stolen at 200 S. Kingshighway.

* A telephone was reported stolen from Best Buy, 3026 William St.

* A backpack, ID badge and shoes were reported stolen from 3022 Themis St.

Property Damage

* A lawn was reported damaged at 729 Normal St.

* A maroon 1988 Chevrolet Corsica was reported abandoned at 1972 Big Bend Road.

* A gray 1998 Mazda Protege was reported abandoned.

* Trespassing was reported at 239 N. Middle St.

* Animal abuse was reported on Mary Street and in the 400 block of Michael Anna Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 1100 block of Clark Street.
