The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Perry L. Harkey, 46, of 1903 N. Kingshighway, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant and a Butler County warrant for failure to appear.

A suspect was placed in custody Sunday pending the filing of formal charges for operating a vehicle without license plates, an expired license and no proof of insurance.

Jesse C. Wyatt, 26, of 915 Randy St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Lena M. Campbell, 57, of 715 Ranney, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

A suspect was placed in custody Tuesday pending the filing of formal charges for operating a vehicle with a revoked license and no seat belt.

Vernon L. Norfolk, 27, of 426 Bellevue, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Ronald W. Boyd, 24, of 905 Chestnut, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear.

Summons Ryan T. Voszler of 3115 Kage Road, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for following anther vehicle too closely.

Assaults A 42-year-old man was placed in protective custody Sunday for assault.

A suspect was placed in custody Sunday for domestic assault and property damage.

Thefts Clothing was reported stolen Sunday by Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall. A 16-year-old male was cited to juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

A blue 1988 Chevrolet Astro was reported stolen Sunday at 803 William.

Burglaries A video camera, a game system and video games were reported stolen in a burglary Saturday at 1762 Oakley.

A video game system was reported stolen in a burglary Sunday at 411 S. Frederick.

Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 2911 Bloomfield.

A window was reported broken Tuesday by Meyer Supply at 614 Good Hope.

A window was reported broken Tuesday by Anchor Construction at 530 Good Hope.

Miscellaneous Forgery was reported Sunday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William.

Failure to return rental property was reported Tuesday by Rent One at 2349 Broadway.

A 27-year-old male was placed in protective custody Tuesday at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

At 39-year-old male was placed in protective custody Tuesday at 510 N. Fountain.
