DWI Don Garza, 36, of 2534 Lynnwood Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on five Texas warrants for driving while intoxicated, possession of prohibited weapons, evading arrest, driving while license suspended and resisting arrest.

Arrests Kenneth C. Martin, 31, of 523 S. Minnesota, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday for stealing at Hastings, 2136 William St.

Takara T. Martin, 25, of 921 Hackberry, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.

Heather A. Avery, 18, of 51 Hazel St., Apt. 6, was arrested Sunday for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robbery A 15-year-old female was cited into Juvenile Court Sunday for robbery.

Burglary An attempted burglary was reported Monday at Mac's Smokehouse, 525 N. Silver Springs Road.

Thefts A purse and contents were reported stolen Sunday at 1835 Good Hope.

A CD player, speakers and CDs were reported stolen Sunday at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

Cash, a radio with CD player, CDs and a case were reported stolen Sunday at 338 N. Middle St.

A cell phone and charger were reported stolen Sunday at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

Speakers, speaker boxes, a stereo, amps and assorted tools were reported stolen Sunday at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

Cigarettes and candy were reported stolen Sunday at Rhodes 101, located at 1008 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage A Christmas tree was reported damaged Sunday at 220 Abbey.

Damage to a vehicle was reported Monday at 639 Perry Ave.

Christmas decorations were reported damaged Monday at 1616 Greenbrier.

A mailbox was reported damaged Monday at 2907 Boutin.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Kimberly Pohlman, 46, of 184 Chippewa Lane, Jackson, was arrested Saturday for driving while intoxicated and having a defective tail light.

Arrests Christopher Cook, 17, of 297 E. St., Lot 121, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court.

Della M. Johnson, 37, of 518 S. Ellis St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Jackson warrant for contempt of court.

Thefts A theft was reported Friday in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A theft was reported Sunday in the 1600 block of Mulberry Street.

Property damage Damage was reported Friday in the 100 block of South Hope Street.
