Cape Girardeau
The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
Demetrius J. Deberry, 20, of 256 S. Benton St., Cape Girardeau was arrested Sunday for being a minor in possession of alcohol and not wearing a seat belt.
Joe Willie Brand, 23, of 916 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a probation parole warrant for parole violation.
Robbin Rene Spencer, 38, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested Sunday on two Charleston warrants for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Lord Lewis Gwin, 35, of 408 Cape Meadows, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
William C. Scott, 33, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Monday on Scott County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Robbery
A robbery was reported just after midnight Monday at 221 S. Spanish St., Apt. 1. Police said a black male entered the apartment and fled with about $50. Police said the man has been identified but is not yet in custody. No weapon was involved, police said.
Burglary
A light was reported taken and a speaker was reported broken Monday at 1157 S. West End Blvd.
Thefts
A shotgun, gun case and waders were reported stolen Saturday at 2416 Melrose.
A purse and contents were reported stolen Sunday at 3439 William St.
A frame was reported stolen Sunday at 1721 Bertling.
Property damage
A door was reported damaged Sunday at 2834 Whitener.
A glass window was reported damaged Sunday at Imo's Pizza, 1201 Broadway.
A window was reported broken Monday at AAA Missouri Auto Club, 1903 Broadway.

Assault
An assault was reported Sunday in the 300 block of East Washington Street.
Thefts
A theft was reported Friday in the 700 block of West Adams Street.
Property damage
Damage was reported Friday in the 300 block of South Georgia Street. Damage was reported Sunday in the 900 block of West Independence.
Miscellaneous
Child abuse was reported Friday in the 400 block of North Georgia Street.
