Arrests Dewayne E. Phoenix, 41, of 401 S. Pacific, No. 8C, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of larceny.
Tammy R. Story, 44, of 1112 Perry Avenue, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing.
Clinton J. Foor, 25, of 1222 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing.
Virginia Blissett, 40, no address given, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.
Herbert S. Williams, 33, of 1540 Whitener, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.
Danny R. Webster Jr., 22, of 706 N. 3rd Street, Hayti, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Dewayne E. Felty, 21, of 529 Olive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Summons Harold Furlong of 240 Marlin Drive, Cape Girardeau, recieved a summons Thursday for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Thefts A CD player and CD were reported stolen Wednesday at 541 N. Main.
A gray and white schnauzer dog was reported stolen Wednesday at 449 Jefferson.
A movie rental card and a driver's license were reported stolen Wednesday.
A walkie-talkie and a radar detector were reported stolen Wednesday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William.
Wal-Mart reported a laptop computer stolen Wednesday at 3439 William.
A green 2002 ATV was reported stolen Wednesday at 45 N. Benton.
A vehicle window was reported broken Thursday and an autometer gauge, mounting pod and amplifier were reported stolen at 2215 Broadway.
A Christmas sign was reported stolen Thursday at 1329 N. Missouri.
A computer was reported stolen Wednesday from the Polytechnic Building at Southeast Missouri State University.
Property Damage
A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 1018 Jefferson.Miscellaneous
Failure to return rental property was reported Thursday by Rent One at 610 S. Kingshighway.
