DWIs
* Mark S. Harris, 48, of 215 N. Henderson Ave., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.
* Donald M. Ganim II, 35, of 729 Themis St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and registration plate expired.
* Candy A. Seaworth, 24, of 917 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Gerald L. Ivy, 22, of 1030 Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no operators license.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on a warrant for absconding parole.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of running away.
* Curtis D. Gilmore Jr., 28, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.
Summons
* Charles R. Clark, 51, of 2702 Quince St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported and plywood damaged at 38 N. Hanover St.
Assault
* Assault and stealing were reported at 3439 William St. Rodger B. Ashby, 54, of Scott City, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
Thefts
* A money order was reported stolen at 326 Morgan Oak St.
* Apple iPods were reported stolen at 17 Doctor's Park.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported medications stolen. A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* A wallet and contents were reported stolen at 2136 William St.
* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
Property Damage
* A vehicle damaged and tampering with a vehicle were reported at 3049 William St.
* A CD player was reported damaged at 1 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
* Animal neglect was reported at 215 rear Mason St.
* A 1997 white Oldsmobile Achieva was towed at 408 Bellevue St.
* A bicycle was reported found at 131 S. Hanover St.
Jackson

Summonses
* Mary L. Kelson, 32, of 718 W. Washington St., was issued a summons for wrong way on a one-way street.
* Shay V. Priester, 18, of 137 Adobe Lane, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.
