DWI
* Jared W. Gibbar, 26, of 1705 Northwoods Court, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to drive on the right half of roadway.
Arrests
* Terry L. Price, 33, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of stealing and driving while revoked.
* Shawn T. Perkey, 33, of Kansas City, Mo., and Lauren D. Overall, 37, of St. Louis were arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Jackie D. Russell, 48, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Michael S. Dodson, 31, of Parma, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of marijuana.
* Amy M. Chambers, 23, and Cecil H. Quinn, 19, both of 1828 Bloomfield Road, Shawn E. Conway, 28, of 3522 Old Hopper Road, and Thomas N. Conway, 19, of 2742 Gordonville Road, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
Assaults
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Wal-Mart reported assault and the theft of lubricant and gloves. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

Theft
* A wallet and contents were reported taken at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged and a sticker torn off the vehicle at 2010 Chesapeake Ave.
* Graffiti on a sidewalk and slide was reported at 1360 Randol Ave.
Miscellaneous
* Tampering was reported at 1120 N. Kingshighway.
* A 20-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 1981 brown Toyota Corolla was towed at 1300 N. Spanish St.
* A 1988 brown Cheverolet Frontier was towed at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* James H. Renicke, 42, of 4875 Highway 72, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
* Timothy L. Kendrix, 23, of 2092 Old Toll Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Two 13-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Charles M. Farrow, 17, of 395 Greystone Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Summonses
* Kedron E. Young, 29, of 160 Iris Lane, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
* Cory Gill, 17, of 506 Blanch St., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.
* Susan V. Stoverink, 57, of 202 Henderson St., was issued a summons for failure to register.
* Michael M. Herwig, 53, of Whitewater, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle annually.
Thefts
* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Cedar Street.
* Theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
* Theft was reported in the city park.

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
